• MoD Cancellation: Full management of the discharge process once a loan is repaid, including Bank NOC procurement and Encumbrance Certificate (EC) clean-up.

• Compliance Note: In Tamil Nadu, MoD registration is mandatory. An unregistered MoD has no legal standing as a security instrument.
